On your way to the Twin Lakes of Balinsasayo, you will pass by Sibulan's Tilapia Village. The village is not visible along the road as it is located below the ravin or the very road you are driving. Sibulan and the neighboring areas in Negros Oriental and Dumaguete are rich with mountain lakes that breeds tilapia.
