Mauban Church may not look old, but NHI historical marker says otherwise.
Mauban is a town in the eastern coast of Quezon Province. Buses from Lucena Grand Terminal and Vans (colorum and otherwise) from the two Malls ply the route Lucena-Mauban v.v. From Lucena, Mauban is reached via Tayabas City north of Lucena, then turn southeast to the road to Pagbilao. After Malagonlong Bridge, there is a T-junction at Brgy. Lakawan. The south direction goes to Pagbilao while the east direction goes to Mauban. From this junction, Mauban is 27kilometers.
